Description
The Arylic Up2Stream Amp 2.0 V3 is a WiFi, Ethernet, USB and Bluetooth 5.0 enabled wireless streaming and two channel stereo class-D amplifier module, that can be used as an all-in-one DIY solution. It is capable of outputting 50 Watts per channel into 4 Ω speaker drivers.
Like the other Arylic DIY boards, the Arylic Up2Stream Amp2.0 V3 has a large array of connectivity and features. It can be controlled through the free 4STREAM app, which is available through the Apple App Store for iOS devices and through Google Play for Android devices.
The following internet streaming services are supported:
- Spotify
- TIDAL
- Napster
- Qobuz
- Deezer
- QQ Music
- TuneIn
- iHeartRadio
- XIMALYA
The following streaming protocols are supported:
- AirPlay
- DLNA/UPnP
- Spotify Connect
- Qplay
Consequently, streaming from laptops and PCs is possible through iTunes. Streaming from Windows laptops and PCs is also possible using foobar2000.
Music can also be streamed from NAS devices and from USB sticks via the USB type A connector.
As well as connecting to a LAN using Wi-Fi, the board can be connected to the network using the Ethernet port.
Multi-room support is available when using more than one Arylic device with the 4STREAM app. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) is also supported, allowing devices to designated as left/right channel only in addition to stereo.
The Arylic Up2Stream Amp 2.0 V3 can also be used as a USB DAC for a PC or laptop via the micro USB connector.
Further connectivity is provided by line in analog 3.5mm input and output jacks, and 4 pin input and output sockets.
The Arylic Up2Stream Amp 2.0 V3 requires a DC 12V – 26V power supply. A power supply is not included.
The 4 pin GPIO socket can be used to enable external volume control. The 10 pin Extension socket can be used to enable external buttons and LEDs.
The Arylic Up2Stream Amp 2.0 V3 comes with internal antennas for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a 4 pin Phoenix connector, a small screwdriver, a 4 pin cable with connectors at both ends and a user manual. A 24V power supply, a clear perspex case, an IR remote control and external antennas for Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth are available separately.
