What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship using either DHL or UPS and can do so internationally. If we have stock to fulfill your order we will package the same day and it will ship the following day.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

This depends on a few variables. Most items that are in stock will be shipped the day after your order is placed and will arrive with you the following day via UPS or DHL, either way you will get a tracking number to follow your delivery with.

Some products are made to order and in that case you will be given an ETA and kept up to date with progress.

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturers direct to yourself, in that case you will be given tracking information as soon as it is made available to us.

Shipping from our stock is done from the UK and delivery to some countries takes substantially longer than it does to others but you will always have a tracking number to follow the progress.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do. The UK is our home territory and we can ship to anywhere in Europe via the website. If your country doesn’t have a shipping option, please do use the contact form and have a quick chat to us. We are happy to ship everywhere in the world and regularly ship to the EU and the USA, some shipments require a more personal intervention to price correctly though and so most destinations outside of the European continent aren’t on our shipping list via the webshop, it’s all doable though!!

For the Mark Audio drivers there is often a distributor closer to you who can ship cheaper if you are outside of the EU or the European continent, please ask us and we’ll let you know who to speak with. If you haven’t got a local dealer we can arrange to take payment and get drivers sent from here or from the factory.

How Can I Return a Product?

You need to read our ‘Refund Policy’ which can be found here and then use the contact form to get in touch, we can issue you with an RMA and once the product arrives back you will get your refund.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t, but we strongly recommend it. It will allow you to track your order progress and more easily contact us about a specific order. From time to time we have special customer discounts and coupons available for our registered customers.

How do I place an Order?

Easy!

Step 1 – locate the product you would like to buy in our shop.

Step 2 – Click the ‘add to cart’ button.

Step 3 – Add anything else you might need.

Step 4 – Click the basket icon at the top of every page which will open the basket sidebar where you will find a checkout button.

Step 5 – Click the checkout button and follow the instructions.

Things you will need to have to hand are your payment details, your delivery address and any special instructions you want to convey to us.

What’s The Coupon Codes Policy?

We issue coupons from time to time, these are sometimes for a discount or specific value, sometimes against a specific product. There will be a time limit applied to most coupons and your coupon or voucher will state that time limit. If you have any queries about your voucher please contact us.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Absolutely!

We purchase an SSL certificate from Trustwave who are a level 1 PCI compliant certificate provider. This certificate secures your account pages and the checkout process so that your security is ensured.

Our payment are taken by third parties like Paypal or Stripe. Their gateways process your payments and none of your card details are ever logged on our web server, we do not have contact with your card details at all during the checkout process or at any other point. Those payment providers cannot share your card details with anyone else and have level 1 PCI compliance which is the top level.

In short it is a as secure as is possible, remember though ot check no one is looking over your shoulder while you type in your card details and also make sure your PC is secured with an anti malware/virus solution like AVG free

How Do I Track My Order?

Assuming you set up an account when you checked out of the wed shop you can visit the site and click on the ‘My Account‘ link in the footer of the site.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards via our payment processor, stripe. We also accept pay-pal payment, bank transfers and payment on collection
